The water passing through the mixing tube dissolves the stick. The use of solid cartridges eliminates the drawbacks of using liquid foams (weight, size, transfer problems). The pre-mixer is equipped with a bypass function which facilitates the change of the cartridge (so you can use the device with or without the pre-mixer) and it features a flush valve. Several inlet connections are possible: threaded BSP or NST, or standardised couplings.
